Sustainable Vegetarian Recipes

Sustainable Vegetarian meals incorporate using produce in season with going meat-free. Swapping in vegetarian meals to our weekly diet can help us eat a more sustainable diet. I've designed everything to be easy, but also filling, especially if you are used to eating more meat. Eating vegetarian dishes even one or two days a week can make a really big difference to our foodprint. From stir fry to stews to curries, chillis and casseroles, pasta dishes and salads. These family-friendly recipes are simple and use everyday ingredients.
